UC award letters and vunerable claimants
Hello
Does anyone know if UC send out award letters/MAP statement if a claimants claim is dealt with over the phone due to being unable to manage online?
We have a tenant who needs proof of UC for HB but only deals with DWP on phone due to a stroke and inability to use PC etc.
Their monthly statement should be posted to them by their Case Manager. This is the case for all telephone-only claims.
