TPD issues since pause
Hello
Have any housing providers noticed issues with these since they recommenced? We seem to be getting double the amount we used to get for some tenants, and random amounts for others. Some have stopped altogether and tenants tell us they have notes on their journals telling them the arrears are now cleared when they aren’t?
Asked our Partnership Manager about it but no response as yet.
