Application for permission to appeal not being processed
I applied to the FTT for permission to appeal in a WCA non-attendance case, based on PPE v SoS. This was on March 18th.
I sent a reminder on May 5th. I was told the judge would be contacted but I have had no further communication.
Would you guys suggest another reminder, or attempt to bypass and apply straight to the Upper Tribunal?
It would be unwise to go direct to the UT, not least because you are obviously going to be asking the FtT to review its decision, rather than just grant permission.
I think similar advice to here:

But substitute the details of your regional tribunal judge for the chamber president.
