We’re working with the University of York to gather and analyse evidence about the response to the outbreak.

The cases you submit to the Early Warning System are building a picture of where the gaps in provision are, and what is or isn’t working. Submissions have understandably dropped off in recent weeks but this funding will mean we have the resource to start hassling you for example cases - starting here!

If you can spare the time - do tell us about what you’re seeing. You can complete the online form: https://childpovertyactiongroup.wufoo.com/forms/m1vc0zeg1sr9zgh/ or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)

Or you can direct your clients to tell us about their experience directly (for the first time): https://childpovertyactiongroup.wufoo.com/forms/q1s83r8j1qyn26i/

You can keep up-to-date with what we’re seeing in our weekly Mind the Gap briefings, latest here: https://cpag.org.uk/policy-and-campaigns/briefing/mind-gaps-briefing-2
Or for more detail about the queries we’re seeing, sign up to the EWS newsletter: https://cpag.e-activist.com/page/24788/subscribe/1

Brilliant stuff Kelly-Marie ... will be really valuable work ...

In terms of ‘early warnings’, we hope that people’s posts here in the forum will also be helpful and that you can draw on the evidence from the almost 1,000 contributions people have already made to influence / support your findings. Hopefully they’re helpful in providing a live, real-time view of what’s going on out there.

Do also drop me a line if we can do anything to help outside of the forum in supporting the work.

Best wishes -Shawn

Thanks Shawn

Yes, we’ll be trawling Rightsnet regularly - that was my first thought when we were granted greater resources for the EWS!

I’m sure you’ll be hearing from me if I think up any other ways to feed into this project.
