Had this from a colleague who I copied in to my email to stakeholders if it’s any help -

As far as I know TPD’s have restarted for rent. I spoke at an NHF event last Wednesday and no-one raised it as an issue - they’re all just waiting for TPD’s to be paid at same time as the tenants own UC is paid, which was due in March/April but postponed.

I saw a tenant’s first UC award notice which showed a deduction for rent arrears in her calculated award. First assessment period was 29/4 to 28/5. Our UC payment date is today so should be able to check soon if the arrears amount has been deducted
