13 week exemption from LHA restriction and UC
Rent should not be restricted under HB for the first 13 weeks if could afford the rent from own funds for the previous 52 weeks.
If claiming UC (and not HB,) is there by any chance the same rule - assuming the rent is considered reasonable.

no. there is no equivalent protection from the LH rates/social sector size criteria restrictions in UC
