A separated couple have joint access to their son who has severe autism, the son stays with his dad Monday to Friday for school and he stays with his mam at weekends. His dad claims the DLA and his mam the CB.
The lady is moving into a social housing property, would she be bedroom taxed?

For a HB claim to include a child, it is who the child ‘normally’ lives with. This generally means the person the child spends most time with. Where it’s equal or unclear HB will go with whoever the CB is being paid to.

So as to bedroom tax (assuming they’re moving into a 2 bedroom home & nobody else lives with them) probably not, unless dad is already claiming HB and the child is included in that claim.
