In UC reclaim- what is carried over from the previous claim?
My client’s claim was closed on 08/01/2020. He satisfied HRT (retained worker) and was given LCWRA. He is about to do a reclaim ; will those decisions carry over? I recall that many c.o.c’s. trigger new HRT but what about LCWRA?
The LCWRA should carry over, and no waiting period should apply.
