Hi. I’d be grateful for confirmation of the UC regulation that the single mother of a 17 yr old who lives at home and is a f/t apprentice earning £3.90ph should NOT be getting a UC Child element;  and that the 17 year old will have to wait until she is 18 to claim UC herself.
