Just done it too.

Is it just because it’s Monday/I’m tired, or was the wording of the DWP’s communications survey unnecessarily awkward?

My thoughts exactly. I had expected that something about communication might have been comparatively simple. I often find that after a relaxing weekend I return to work with a kind of optimistic naivety. :-)

It’s not really a survey about improving communicating more about how to find the information about communicating on the website. Or did I miss some questions?

Ah yes maybe I should have done the survey before I posted!

Not the most comprehensive survey ;)

Indeed! There’s something about having to have a survey to make finding information about communicating with them easier that has DWP written all over it!

“Accessibility communications” rather than “accessible communications”.

Sigh.
