I attended a webinar today entitled ‘Universal Credit Service Design Show and Tell Webinar’ - it just set out what changes have been made to the service design so far following on from the series of workshops DWP has held with stakeholders over the last year. I’ve documented some of the changes in the attached document in case useful or you were unaware of them.
We should be getting further updates in the future and I have submitted a number of design/delivery issues collated from the discussion forum and direct messages which hopefully will feed into further improvements.
