Does an appointeeship carry over from legacy benefits into UC?
If somebody has an appointee for their legacy benefit claim, does this carry over into UC?
I can see provision for this if the legacy benefit in question is HB (at reg 57 of the UC (C&P) regs) but if the appointeeship was made under the previous C&P regs - is there provision for this to carry over into UC?
