Local Welfare Assistance Schemes

Hi I have been tasked with reviewing our local welfare assistance scheme. A part of the review will be to consider the impact of not having a scheme. I am aware of a recent report by Church Action On Poverty - Compassion In Crisis which says at least 28 Local Authoritys have closed their local schemes completely. If your LA does not have a scheme do you have a contact I could speak to to discuss the fall out of closing their scheme.  If so can you please message me with their details ( e-mail/tel number ) .
