Online appeals portal been down since Wednesday
It appears that the online appeals portal has issues, been down since at least Wednesday PM when it let me enter all the details then seemed to crash
Anyone have any ideas about when it will be back up?
This is all that it states, and has stated since yesterday: -
We’re sorry but this online service is currently unavailable
You can try again tomorrow or download and fill out a paper form.
Just crashed for me as well (naturally only after I had filled everything…).
I raised this via stakeholder forum who have come back and said it’s an HMCTS product not DWP (I probably should have realised that!) but also added that they were unaware and suggested using the ‘report a problem’ tab at the top - has anyone done that?
I have submitted a UC WCA appeal this morning and received an email acknowledging it has been received. That being said, I also submitted one last week, received the acknowledgement email but not the one within “the next 3 days” confirming what was included in the appeal.
It’s in my diary to chase tomorrow!
