Any problems reclaiming Child Benefit
My client claimed ESA and PIP as a full time student when she turned 16. She is now 18 and has now been granted CHC funding for a stay at a specialist school and has therefore lost her PIP and consequently her ESA. Is there anything preventing her parents reclaiming CHB and possibly UC for her as a dep?
