Award review of PIP with FTA assessment & good cause accepted

Hi. Scenario is claimant was awarded PIP at tribunal until 30 08 19. Reassessment process started but missed 4 assessments so PIP stopped in June 2019. FTA now accepted on MR so question is:

Will pip be reinstated pending new assessment as FTA good cause has been accepted?

Read that if FTA decision was after end of PIP claim then obviously there is “no claim” but what if it was before 30 08 19??  Don’t yet have the date of the FTA decision.

Hi - I think the PIP will be reinstated because there is no failure to attend so it is as if that decision had never been made. But unfortunately I think it will only be reinstated until the end of the award on 30/8/19 so I think you need to do a new claim asap.
