No entitlement to UC and HC waiting period
Hello,
Be grateful for any thoughts. Got a couple where one has NRtPF but, after working receives a pension of approx 322/month. This wipes their single person entitlement to UC. However, they have a mortgage and so will be entitled to the SMI loan after 39 weeks. But because they have no entitlement, their claim is closed.
Are there any ways round this? I’ve had a google and nothing jumping out.
