FEANTSA, a pan-European NGO focused on fighting homelessness, has recently published a report on the treatment of EU Citizens in low paid or insecure work - in particular in trying to access the benefits system. The report covers the UK as well as Germany and Belgium. A copy of the report is available here:

I thought this might be of wider interest to people dealing with these issues - in particular there is a section giving a number of extremely familiar examples of individuals working limited hours being refused benefit summarily by the DWP and then going on to have that decision changed.
