Can someone who is getting national insurance credits only make a new claim for income-related ESA?
Hello
I have a client whose income-related ESA stopped about three months ago because their savings went above £16,000.00. However, the client continues to receive national insurance credits. The savings have now fallen below £16000.00, can the client make a new claim for income-related ESA? The client does not meet any of the other exceptions where a new claim for income-related ESA is allowed.
Thanks
Unfortunately not.
