Fuel Direct
Can anyone tell me the process for applying for Fuel Direct for UC claimants? Struggling to get anyone onto this?
According to Gov.UK you just contact JobCentre Plus, even for UC clients, but I’ve never tried it.

Tried that, put a note in journal who refer them to the supplier, then contact the supplier and they know nothing about it and refer back to UC.
