Mixed Age Couple and SDP

Couple on IRESA.  She has reached pension age.  They have received a letter from PC, but no SDP x 2 in their applicable amount.  Anyone else had the same problem?

Bit more info might be a good idea Jim. Are they obviously entitled to double SDP?

Not seen this specific scenario. If you’re looking for solutions in this particular case, request a PC10 for each member of the couple?

Thanks for your replies.  Apologies I should have made it clear in the original post that I knew what advice to give them.  The issue I was raising, (very poorly), was whether this was a systematic problem or not?

We’ve heard many problems relating to PC administration but haven’t come across anything like this recently.
