Caravan being exempt from LHA under UC
Hi All,
I am aware that under HB, static caravans are exempt from the LHA. I have a client in one who’s being subject to LHA rates under UC in a static caravan. Have the rules changed in UC?
Help gratefully received - my searching has not been fruitful.

Not 100% about caravans but analogous are boats and boats are subject to LHA in UC whereas they weren’t under HB.
Oh dear. I’ll live in hope for someone saying that caravans are still exempt.
