Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has any info about manual interventions and how they are supposed to be managed by DWP. Are they electronically alerted to one person or a team?
Just seems that they keep forgetting to action their manual interventions a bit too often.
Any tips on what works to ensure the interventions actually get done?

Many thanks

Elaine

Manual interventions are exactly that; manual. They weren’t supposed to happen and I’ll bet my bottom dollar that they’re being dealt with ad hoc in a different manner in different Jobcentres. Just like cases under appointeeship.
