Regulation 10 again
I see that at https://www.rightsnet.org.uk/welfare-rights/news/item/dwp-confirms-it-will-not-take-first-date-of-contact-with-citizens-advice-he the DWP maintains that Reg 10 does apply at Citizens Advice Help to Claim. I wonder how soon that will be challenged by a FTT appeal and at the UT. I haven’t found any suitable cases yet.
