Benefits- PIP CoC reassessment times? Guidelines?
Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to look at guidelines for how long a CoC PIP reassessment should take?
I have one client who is waiting months. Are these timelines separate to new claims?
I know for a new claim it takes roughly 3 months for a decision.
