Many moons ago, in the wake of MM & DM I recall an announcement that there would be limited trial of methods for JCP to request medical evidene for WCA’s much earlier in the process that they usually do, i.e. once they’ve got the ESA50.

Can anyone remember what happened to that trial?

Thanks

To my knowledge I have never encountered a case where JCP have requested any evidence at any stage between initial claim and Tribunal Hearing. They usually place total reliance on their own HCP evidence.
