anyone have a copy of the BR1 SRP claim form in use 2008?
What it says on the tin. Overpayment case in which the Pensions Service cannot produce the original claim or even a specimen copy. I need to know what questions were asked.
Brilliant - and as I suspected, no questions about whether the spouse is in employment or their earnings. I’d managed to locate a 2014 version, but it’s helpful this is closer to the relevant date.
