Call for Evidence: Children turning 19
CPAG is looking for Universal Credit cases where claimants lose the Child Element for their 19 year old, even though the young person remains in full time education and continues to qualify for Child Benefit.
Example cases will help us challenge the regs on a policy level, plus identify potential case to pursue through legal route.
