Just helped a client make a claim for New Style JSA online. I was more than a little confused by this question:
“Have you been told by the Department for Work and Pensions that you are not entitled to Universal Credit and / or you wish to make a claim for new style Jobseekers Allowance?”
Possible answers are Yes, No and Don’t know
Answer in my client’s case was No to the first question and Yes to the second.
