Isn’t this the list of partnership managers you need Andy?

National partnership team contacts for England, Scotland and Wales

Thanks Paul we’ve got that, but we were after something a bit more Devon Janner like i.e. the local escalation routes.

We are trying to help an adjacent Devon advice agency, we’ve shared the link you flagged up above, but if we can find something sooner for them it would make their life easier!

Stakeholders forum just tell us to use partnership managers for UC - there is no escalation list!

Thanks Daphne, i was thinking of the ‘Jobcentre Plus – Escalation Routeway’ with the details of the local partnership managers etc.

We are in a different benefits region, so have no contacts in Devon.

I would go to the national partnership team and ask them for it but if you have difficulty let me know and I’ll ask via stakeholders.
