Hello everyone

I’m aware that the test case brought by CPAG R (Woods, Barrett and Stewart) v SSWP CO/1552/2018 received a judgement in Jan 2019 and I was wondering if anyone had any news on whether SoS had decided to take this to The Court of Appeal or if anyone had any luck using the judgement for challenging income figures for assessment periods yet?

Thanks in advance for any feed back!

There is nothing on Casetracker yet. That’s not to say the DWP aren’t seeking to pursue this. I would imagine that they will be.

Checked with CPAG - DWP has applied to Court of Appeal for leave to appeal but no decision on application yet.
