We had a presentation at the last stakeholder meeting which showed us the work coach /case manager perspective of what they see and how they prioritise - I’ve tried to put it into a document in case useful to anyone - see attached. Apologies though for the poor quality of the picutres - just photos of the presentation on my phone - but hopefully gives some idea. Happy for any questions if not clear :)

Good question Gareth - but I don’t think they said - and none of us thought to ask!! I’m thinking probably in payment accuracy - they would need to ask for good reason? I can ask…

The legacy benefits system is comparatively insanely complicated - multiple layers of reference codes that the work coaches seem to remember
