Stop press:

Letter from DWP Minister Justin Tomlinson to the Deposited Papers Clerk in the Commons -

Please place a revised copy of proposed benefit and pension rates 2019/2020 in the House libraries.

The original table of benefit and pensions rates (DEP2018-1159) accompanied a written statement made in the House of Commons on Friday 23 November 2018.

This revised table corrects a rounding error in the Pension Credit (Savings Credit) Maximum for single people replacing the figure £13.72 with £13.73.

We’ve updated our rates poster accordingly: https://www.rightsnet.org.uk/resources/benefit-tax-credit-rates
