Hi I have a client who since the age of 14 and she is 40 years old, with an impairment of Cluster Migraine. Has any one supported a person through PIP MR onward with this impairment where zero score are in place for DL and Mob?

Ignore 0 points and concentrate on whether for the majority of days over the year does she score enough points to reliably meet the descriptors at the time of day it would be reasonable for her to do the activities

Had a couple over the years. Didn’t especially pose any unique issues. Like epilepsy there is a recovery time which is often far longer than medical professionals would estimate; there’s a detriment to sleep with a knock on impact on memory and concentration.
