PIP cases for those who have mental health difficulties
11 months ago it was reported in the House that a survey carried out by Mind in 2017 indicated that approx. 22% of incorrect decisions made based on mental health difficulties did not go forward with an appeal citing that it was too harrowing.
This is a disgrace and from my own experience it is still a common occurrence.
Does anybody know what the current levels are and what is the government intending to do to resolve this inadequacy?
