Turnaround time for Pension Credit claims
Morning.
I rarely need to deal with older adults so need to ask… what’s the curretn turnaround time for a Pension Credit claim.

Should be 6-8 weeks I think. Still waiting for a few clients’ claims from end of Oct/start of Nov. Might depend on the Pension Service office maybe?
Just checked with our FABO’s, 12 weeks or more now the norm for new claims.
