Now I don’t see many ESA appeals; most of my clients are so ill that Supp Grp isn’t in question…
However, I’m doing a bit of work that would be influenced by WCA outcomes and I’d assumed that; with the JCP Offer being argued to have moved the threshold for Supp Grp entry since IM, that the proportion of people going into the WRAG rather than Supp Grp would have declined but the stats don’t appear to bear that out.
Edit: clearly my gut instinct was right… at least as far as reg 35 goes. See page 10
