Under 25 rate

1) Can anyone tell me if there has been any challenge to application of the under 25 standard rate of UC continuing beyond the assessment phase and after assessment of LCWRA?

2) On a wider question is anyone aware of previous case law challenging the differential treatment between under and over 25 year olds for benefit payments generally?

2) There is this one; https://www.rightsnet.org.uk/pdfs/Reynolds_High_Court.rtf but I also believe there has been a more recent challenge in NI but cannot seem to find this one at present.
