UC helpline - “what’s a UC50?”
Client with acquired brain injury resulting in significant memory issues. On UC since June only receiving basic rate. Client can’t remember if he has completed a UC50, attended a F2F etc. Med certs are continuous.
Tel - to UC helpline to check if he has been referred to provider etc. - explain as above - response: “what’s a UC50” [despairing face]
