Telling the Job Centre about an offer of paid work
Hi All,
There is a discussion between colleagues today and I have looked in the regulations and cant specifically find an answer.
If someone has had an offer of paid work, do they have to tell UC?
I have looked at Reg 24 and 26 - this mentions not applying for a job and attending an offered interview.
Also a high level sanction can be applied for not taking up an offer of work…
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
