UC letters

Just checking this is the same experience as everyone else - letter from “Universal Credit”, no other details, undated and “signed” only as “Universal Credit”? And only the Freepost address. Oh, and not relevant to the matter it purports to address, but tagged at the foot of each page with “Universal Credit is operate by the Department for Works and Pensions”. Can’t even get their badging correct.

The content is so poorly expressed and so dismissive of the detailed points raised in our letter that it is “responding” to that I am struggling to know how to respond.

Rosie - do you want to send me a copy - I’ll take it up via stakeholders - I have some good contacts in communications who will be horrified…
