case law for ESA overpayment case
does anyone have the full text for case DG v SSWP [2009] UKUT 120 (AAC) ?
It’s referenced in the CPAG handbook in the OP chapter footnote 34 where it is stated that it could be arguable that an OP is recoverable if you were too ill to reasonably realise that a fact could affect your benefit entitlement and therefore did not disclose.
Any source would be greatly appreciated - can’t seem to find it on rightsnet or any google search.
