Emailing the DWP
Can someone please remind me, why we cannot communicate generally via email with the DWP?
My understanding for that is that generally it is not a secure connection between most of our work emails and theirs. We cannot use our work email addresses but as we work for the NHS we have NHS.net email accounts and emails between those and the dwp.gsi emails are apparently secure.
