ESA appeal payments in UC full service area
Can claimants who are appealing their ESA WCA decision go back onto ESA assessment rate payments while awaiting tribunal in a UC full service area, iif they made a JSA claim before UC came in or did not make a claim for anything else before submitting their appeal?
If you are appealing a contribution based ESA decision, can you get assessment rate payments for up to 12 mths if appealing the WCA?
