case studies wanted where work coaches fail to adjust conditionality on change of circumstances
Via stakeholders forum, UC are looking for case studies where work coaches fail to adjust conditionality and tailor claimant commitment eg, claimant falls sick, loses job, starts job, children change age. It would be great if I can send then some in because they will then go to those areas and look at what the work coaches are doing so hopefully effect some results.
