From CITA - call for evidence from Cabbies to complete survey - extract of email and link to survey below

1 )  Input into our national Public Accounts Committee Inquiry response - deadline 27th June

On Friday the National Audit Office report highlighted issues in Universal Credit - its value for money, impact on claimants and third parties, and whether it is meeting its long term aims. Citizens Advice has responded to this nationally and it prompted the Public Accounts Committee to launch an inquiry into UC.

The committee have got in touch with us and asked that we provide evidence. As this inquiry has a short turnaround time, we want to ensure that as many offices as possible have an opportunity to feed into our national response. There are two ways you can do this:

A - Respond to this short survey https://goo.gl/forms/m8C0KOwT5JPdpzuH3  before the 27th of June on claimant experiences of Universal Credit and your relationship with your local Jobcentre(s). Please share this survey amongst staff and volunteers who have client or jobcentre facing role and R&C officers in your office.
