UC sanctions and change to claim
Hi
I have a client on UC and is job seeking in a Live area.
She has been sanctioned for 3 months
She has now been given a sick note by her GP
If she claims UC on limited capacity grounds, what would happen to the current sanctions- would they still apply or would they be cancelled as claiming UC under different rules?
