DLA child form-new format
I would be interested in your views on the new format of this form. They appear to have reduced the number of pages by reducing the font size, but at the same time expanding the immigration question section. This has resulted in the text boxes being much smaller & new sections starting half way down pages. I have large writing & am struggling to fit the legend in the boxes; parents are also complaining that they do not have enough space.
