McCool and Harkin - Supreme Court judgment on confiscation orders
New judgment handed down today considers confiscation orders made under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 in respect of offences in Northern Ireland, in a case concerning a married couple who had committed benefit offences both before and after the commencement of relevant provisions of the Act.
