Notice how many times appeal writers forget to fill in the blanks [.....]! DWP must provide stock phrase for use in all benefit submissions given the number of occassions they are cut & pasted into a particular submission to produce pure drivel.

T’was ever thus. Donkeys years ago we were shown the DLA/AA appeal submission templates on a visit to Wembley DBC (long since closed).

I have looked through the stock phrases for the standard paras on driving [409-411] and got to paras [425-436] re WCA evidence - so sometimes its releavant & sometimes its not! I wonder what tribunals will make of that? Maybe a lot more fun than stock phrase bingo.
